In 2008 The Dutch Federation made a presention to the National Safety Officers (NSO) at a meeting held in Copenhagen. This presentation focused on the circumstances that led to the introduction of the Dutch Pole, the various iterations of the pole in it’s early days and the current construction of the pole and it’s uses. This is the presentation.
